Pay range for this role is $24-$26/hr.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for all Turning Point Brands products, including Clipper Lighters, Zig-Zag Rolling Papers, STOKER'S chewing tobacco, FRE nicotine pouches, and Cotton Mouth Nicotine.
    • Manage and control all social media accounts, responding back to users on all platforms, and engaging with the community.
    • Handle and ship ambassador packages and orders every month from start to finish.
    • Research new trends, tools, and innovative ideas on marketing all products.
    • Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with brand objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, creative, and sales, to ensure marketing materials are effective and on-brand.
    • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and point-of-sale displays.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    • Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and services.
    • Maintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and other documentation as needed.
    • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on consumer products.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and a strong desire to learn and grow.
