About the Role

We're looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to design, build, and own enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. This role will serve as a
key internal MuleSoft expert
, partnering closely with external implementation partners while helping grow and mature the internal integration team over time.

You'll play a hands‑on technical role while also providing
architectural guidance, governance, and leadership
to ensure integrations are scalable, reusable, and aligned to best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Architect and develop enterprise integrations using
    MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
  • Design and build
    reusable APIs
    and integration patterns that support multiple applications
  • Act as an internal MuleSoft lead,
    reviewing partner work
    and ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and business teams to translate requirements into integration solutions
  • Support and influence
    integration governance
    , patterns, and architectural decisions
  • Build and maintain
    DataWeave transformations
    , error handling, logging, and monitoring
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of integrations
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation
  • Help support growth of internal capabilities, including future team expansion

Team & Environment

  • Small Salesforce team today (
    1 Admin, 1 Developer, 1 Manager
    ) with heavy partner involvement
  • Moving toward
    more internal ownership
    of MuleSoft integrations
  • Need to support
    front‑end intake processes
    tied to integration workflows

Required Experience

  • 5–7+ years of hands‑on
    MuleSoft development
    experience
  • Strong background in
    integration architecture and API design
  • Experience with:
  • MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange)
  • REST APIs, RAML/OpenAPI
  • DataWeave (complex transformations)
  • Integration patterns (sync, async, event‑driven, batch)
  • CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
  • Security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS/SSL)
  • MuleSoft Developer Level 1 & 2 (Mule 4) certifications required
  • MuleSoft Platform Architect certification required

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft
  • CloudHub deployment experience
  • ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience acting as a
    technical lead or integration owner
