Sales & Marketing Director – Senior Living
An established and mission-driven senior living community is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Marketing and Sales Director to lead occupancy growth and community outreach efforts. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for serving older adults and a proven background in senior living sales.

Position Summary: Sales & Marketing Director
The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for driving occupancy through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, tours, relationship-building, and timely outreach to prospective residents and families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and maintain high occupancy
- Managing inquiry follow-up, tours, move-in coordination, and CRM documentation
- Building strong relationships with prospects, referral partners, and community organizations
- Planning and participating in marketing events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities
- Collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality customer experiences
- Demonstrating accountability, professionalism, organization, and strong follow-through
