    Job Description:
OMNIA Partners is seeking a technically skilled and results-driven Senior Analyst, Data & Insights to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst with a strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise reporting who thrives on transforming complex, multi-source data into trusted, actionable insights and compelling visualizations.
In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing OMNIA Partners' data reporting capabilities by contributing to the development of standardized metrics, a governed semantic layer, and high-quality dashboards that enable consistent, data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations leaders, and technical partners to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and usability at scale.
If you have a strong technical foundation in data reporting, a passion for analytics, and a collaborative and curious mindset focused on data trust and impact, we encourage you to apply. Join OMNIA Partners and help shape a scalable, insight-driven reporting ecosystem.
    Summary of Responsibilities:

    • Reporting & Visualization Development: Develop, enhance, and optimize enterprise reporting frameworks and dashboards aligned to business priorities. Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of reporting assets that support executive, operational, and strategic decision-making.
    • Semantic Layer & Metric Standardization: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a governed semantic layer that serves as a single source of truth for key business metrics. Partner with stakeholders to define metric logic, calculations, and definitions to ensure consistent interpretation across reports and dashboards.
    • Data Integration & Modeling Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into unified, analysis-ready datasets. Support the alignment of sales, operations, supplier, and member program data to enable holistic performance analysis.
    • Data Governance & Quality Enablement: Support data governance efforts by helping define data standards, validation rules, and quality checks within reporting workflows. Identify and proactively address data quality issues, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported insights.
    • Performance Metrics & KPI Development: Design, implement, and refine KPIs and performance metrics that measure business outcomes and operational efficiency. Maintain dashboards and scorecards that enable trend analysis, benchmarking, and performance monitoring.
    • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate manual workflows, and reduce friction in data delivery. Contribute to scalable solutions that enhance reporting efficiency and insight generation.
    • Advanced & Benchmark Reporting: Produce detailed benchmark and comparative analyses using advanced analytical techniques. Translate complex findings into clear, actionable narratives through effective data visualization and storytelling.
    • Project & Work Management: Support multiple concurrent reporting initiatives, prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards. Utilize project management tools and best practices to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • Technical Analytics Execution: Leverage Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, and Snowflake to analyze and visualize data. Use SQL extensively for data querying and transformation; apply R or Python where appropriate for advanced analysis and modeling.
    • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Partner closely with analysts, business leaders, and technology teams to share insights, best practices, and reporting standards. Help foster a data-driven culture grounded in trust, clarity, and shared understanding of metrics.
    Qualifications and Characteristics for Success:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus.
    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, with demonstrated experience supporting enterprise reporting and decision-making.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tableau (dashboard design, optimization, and management), Excel, and Salesforce. Strong experience with SQL and Snowflake; familiarity with R or Python preferred. Experience with data modeling, metric layers, or semantic frameworks is a plus.
    • Data Governance & Quality Mindset: Strong appreciation for data quality, consistency, and metric integrity. Experience working within or alongside data governance frameworks, including standard definitions, validation, and quality controls.
    • Analytical Business Acumen: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into business-relevant recommendations. Solid understanding of operational, financial, and performance metrics.
    • Project & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and delivery.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and influence through data.
    • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing accurate, reliable, and well-documented reporting outputs.
