    The Clinical Supervisor will work as an effective team member concerning all aspects of the treatment programming and service provision.

    The goal is to ensure every client receives quality clinical services and every clinical supervisee is supported in their role.


    JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
    Cooperate and collaborate with treatment team and staff from various departments at your respective facility concerning daily operationsProvide regular individual clinical consultation to facility clinical staffProvide individual and group clinical supervision as assigned to Adult Peer Support Specialist, Targeted Case Managers, Associate Level Licensed Providers, and clinical internsMaintain records of each supervision meeting utilizing outlined company supervision formsEnsure accurate clinical supervision documents are on file for each superviseeReview each supervisees clinical documentation for needed corrections and provide feedback regarding the quality of each document prior to signingAttend agency meetings when invited to participateUpdate and communicate with Clinical Directors of Isaiah House concerning site progress and areas of concernRegularly audit supervisee charts to assist in quality assurance of documentationPerform any additional tasks assigned by clinical director relevant to current position guidelineClinical supervisor will focus on onboarding/training new staff when assigned by VP of ProgramsCheck all communications regularly AM/PM and respond to any emails/Teams messagesComplete any corrections needed in Celerity within 48 hours of correspondence from the Medical Records/Utilization Review departments or clinical supervisorProvide floating coverage as needed and scheduled by the Clinical Director Requirements


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study.
    Must possess a valid license from a Kentucky Mental Health Licensing Board.


    Acceptable licenses are:
    LPCC, LCSW, LP and LMFT.Must have 2 years in license; with 1 year of clinical supervisory experience.

    Must have knowledge of recovery, mental health and other co-occurring disorders and experience in working with addiction in a residential, intensive outpatient, or outpatient milieu.

    Prefer experience working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate with the billing department.
    Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.
    Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
    Completed supervisory training and ability to supervise associates in comparable board.
    Must possess a valid Kentucky driver's license.
    Experience with medication-assisted treatment preferred.
    Compensation will reflect an applicant's experience, licensure, and ability to supervise.
