    Description
    Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-1:30pm

    Pay: $13.00 per hour

    Role: The Part Time Mail Courier performs a variety of operational duties in the bank's Facilities Department related to the processing of incoming, outgoing, and internal mail.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
    • Drives company vehicles to deliver supplies/materials to bank branch locations
    • Load vehicles with packages, materials, and equipment, ensuring they are loaded safely
    • Unloads and sorts items collected along delivery routes
    • Delivers mail and picks up shred in Main Bank complex
    • Picks up, opens, sorts, and distributes mail from the United States Postal Service
    • Scans inbound packages/letters with tracking numbers and delivers to bank personnel, obtaining signatures
    • Collects, seals, and stamps outgoing mail, using postage meters, envelope sealers, and mail inserters
    • Orders and receives supplies from vendors, replenishing departments as needed/ordered
    • Maintains machinery and serves as liaison between bank and vendor
    • Prints statements and notices each day at various times
    • Performs routine maintenance on company vehicles, such as monitoring fluid levels, replenishing fuel, and scheduling any services needed
    • Fills in for additional departmental shifts as needed

    Requirements

    Experience:
    • At least one year of work experience required
    • Must have valid driver's license
    • Driving record must not have more than one traffic violation in the past three years
    Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
