This position will be reporting to the VP of Sales.Oversee pre-owned sales and stocking strategy for our group of stores
Responsibly wholesale all vehicles every month in the DGDG network via best disposition channel
Coach store managers on best practices to improve performance and profit
Set sales goals, track progress, and manage inventory for maximum impact
At least 10 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the used car market
Deep understanding of the automotive sales cycle, market trends and customer needs
Extensive retail experience - the right candidate has sold at least used vehicles monthly on a group platform or held a public used car retailer position
Must have a thorough understanding of the used car market
