Job Title: Meat Team Member

Position Summary

Our meat team is responsible for cutting, packaging, and displaying fresh meat products for our members. As a meat team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and freshness of our meat products.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Be a Problem Solver: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service, ensure quality and date control standards, and model high-quality service and products.
• Comply with Policies and Procedures: Implement company policies, use the Open Door Policy, and adapt to change and feedback.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
