- Work with senior leadership to implement an inventory management system and PO process within Villatel's accounting system.
- Collaborate with operations teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment.
- Ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to purchasing and procurement.

- Monitor spending against budget allocations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Work closely with owner relations and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Degree in business administration, Hospitality Management,
- Logistics Procurement, or related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in operations management, or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and inventory control techniques.
- Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with hospitality procurement systems such as Avendra is a plus
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Have a flexible schedule, able to work weekends as needed.
- Will be required to travel to various company locations, through Greater Orlando / Central Florida as needed.
- Must have transportation and a valid driver's license.

Description
The Purchasing & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects across Villatel's portfolio while also handling all purchasing, procurement, and logistical functions.
This role requires strong project management skills, as well as expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the efficient operation of Villatel Resorts.
