As a Part Time Trash Collector (Porter) at Community Concierge Services, you will take on an active role that involves going up and down stairs to collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at your assigned apartment community.
After collecting the trash, you will load it into your truck and transport it to the onsite compactor or trash bins.

First and foremost, you must have access to a reliable pickup truck capable of transporting collected trash to onsite compactor or bins.
A smartphone with a data plan is also necessary for effective communication and navigation.Physical fitness is important, as you will need the ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance, ensuring efficient collection from residents' doors.
Additionally, you must be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings at 6pm until completion (usually 1 hour or less).
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
