    Full-Time Salaried Exempt Employee

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    Education :
    High school diploma (required). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Electronics, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred)

    Experience : 3+ years B2B sales experience in industrial hardware products, medical devices, or life science laboratory equipment (preferred).


    Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50%, must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, AND must be able to rent a car (required).

    Proficient with PowerPoint presentations and MS Office applications

    Strong communication skills:
    verbal and written

    Excellent English writing and math skills

    History of outstanding sales performance

    Prior history of stable employment (required)

    U.S. work authorization (required)

    Bilingual, Spanish, German, or French (a plus)


    JOB DUTIES
    Responsible for a sales region

    Manage, oversee, and coordinate domestic sales representatives

    Call on prospective and established (key) business customers

    Must meet established sales quotas

    Monitor competitive activities and trends

    Maintain records, files, call reports, and prepare other sales reports

    Assist in establishing sales goals for domestic reps

    Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

    Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

    Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

    50% Domestic and international travel - trade shows, conferences, joint sales calls, rep training, etc. (required)

    Conduct effective MS PowerPoint sales & informational presentations

    Assess priority and effort given to each account based on sales potential and sales maintenance

    Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025

    Other duties as assigned


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    Ability to type and work efficiently on a computer

    Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

    Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time
