- Apply statistical, data science, and machine learning techniques to test investment ideas
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and software engineers to deploy these investment ideas
- Analyze financial data and develop predictive models to support decision making within the team
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Are pursuing a degree in a technical or quantitative disciplines, like statistics, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or computer science
- Cumulative GPA of 3.7 and above required; excellent standardized test scores
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least C++ or Python
- Experience performing an in-depth research project examining real-world data
- Are an independent thinker who can creatively approach data analysis and communicate complex observations in a simple and intuitive manner
- You don't need a background in finance. If you've got the quantitative skills, we can teach you the financial aspects of the job.
