Responsibilities
Leading a team of 60+ individuals
Leading a multi-million dollar business
Developing and integrating strategies to optimize restaurant and organizational performance
Involvement in operations for 30-40 hours/week
Strategic planning and administrative tasks 7-10 hours/week
