    to design

    and implement


    solutions that can be delivered at speed, scale, and with the necessary security to deliver operational advantages to the joint warfighter.

    backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across

    JADC2

    his position will allow for a flexible schedule, with some telework allowed.

    Our preferred candidate will reside in Alexandria, VA, but we may be able to consider other locations if they are local to our sites in Richardson, Texas, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Melbourne, FL.

    Our candidate must have Department of Air Force Logistics experience.
    Primary Responsibilities
    Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of product support requirements to inform the development and refinement of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), ensuring alignment with program

    objectives

    and customer needs.

    Collaborate with engineering, quality, and configuration management teams to ensure that the ILSP effectively addresses lifecycle management requirements and integrates seamlessly with programmatic processes and activities.

    Work with the integrated

    logistics

    support manager in

    providing product support program status, providing a program schedule(s), conducting product support analysis, and providing support to

    required

    Contractor and Government meetings.
    Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to

    procure

    digital hardware, software, and networking components required for the establishment and maintenance of digital infrastructure systems.
    Collaborate with p

    rogram

    managers and stakeholders to forecast logistical needs and

    allocate

    resources effectively, ensuring seamless project execution within budgetary constraints.
    Develop contingency plans and protocols to mitigate logistical risks and ensure continuity of operations

    in the event of

    disruptions or emergencies.
    Provide logistical support and coordination for equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades,

    facilitating

    uninterrupted operation of digital infrastructure systems.
    Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and subcontractors,

    facilitating

    communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment of

    logistics

    support efforts with program goals and

    objectives

    .
    Develop and

    maintain

    comprehensive documentation, including ILSPs, subcontract agreements, progress reports, and performance metrics, to track program milestones and ensure transparency and accountability in

    logistics

    support activities.
    C

    ontrolling the flow of goods,

    services

    and information between the point of origin through customer placement

    in order to

    meet customer requirements as well as ensure the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes.
    Collaborate with vendors and partners to

    leverage

    cutting-edge

    technologies and best practices.
    Document integration processes, configurations, and system changes for reference and knowledge sharing.
    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance integration capabilities.
    Facilitate technical and programmatic information exchange in support of

    Program

    Objectives
    Participate in Working Groups and IPTs, informal and formal technical interchanges, and formal reviews

    Basic Qualifications
    BA degree and 4

    years of prior relevant experience or

    Masters

    with 2

    years of prior relevant experience.
    2years of Department of Air Force Logistics experience.
    Experience developing, providing support, and implementing an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) that integrates product support analysis,

    identifies

    management responsibilities, and outlines the approach toward

    accomplishing

    the twelve Integrated Product Support Element activities to meet program requirements

    .

    Ability to coordinate and align the Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) processes to program management, engineering, and functional operations efforts.

    Includes cross functional teams; engineering, quality, test, configuration management, and supply

    logistics

    .
    Must be able to work independently,

    establish

    priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
    Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
    US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain a

    Top Secret

    clearance.
    Demonstrable knowledge of

    integration

    engineering concepts and applying these concepts to Department of Defense programs.
    Demonstrated ability to

    participate

    in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities.
    Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and systems engineers in the development of complex DoD systems
    Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $61, $111,625.00
