ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales operations strategies that align with the company's objectives and market dynamics.Manage sales forecasting, create regular reports on sales performance, and present insights to leadership teams.
Continuously assess and refine sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce sales cycle times, and improve overall sales productivity.
Coordinate sales training programs to ensure sales team proficiency in CRM use, sales processes, and other sales tools.Assess customer data to find trends and insights within customer profilesWork closely with product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive efforts and alignment on goals.
Work closely with P&E teams to identify cross-functional trends and opportunitiesQualificationsExperienced in Ads sales operations, preferably within the tech or startup environment.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales operations strategies and processes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Familiar with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
