    Inventory Control Coordinator . The

    Inventory Control Coordinator

    will be responsible for ensuring accurate and precise inventory control and reporting for the Cincinnati Direct Market.

    This position will be the subject matter expert for inventory-related matters and will serve as a backup for other functions.

    How Youll Make an Impact
    We need a quick learner who can become a subject matter expert in our

    global operations

    environment.

    In the role, you would be responsible for:
    Process transactions and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
    Create, verify, and reconcile inventory counts in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley
    Manage the accounting for and disposition of claims, returns, scrap, and re-work including any associated shipments.

    Perform daily efficient truck routing using Ortec routing software, create and submit vendor-managed bulk orders using Optifill and Dash software.

    Point of contact for Sales Team on any issues/concerns with customer deliveries, changes, requests, or customer/sales pickups
    Provide as a backup for other functions as required by the facility manager/supervisor
    What Youll Need
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a manufacturing, customer service and/or warehouse environment
    Good verbal and written skills, must be proficient with a computer, direct knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
    This position requires the individual to be able to lift 40lbs a few times per shift
    Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
