What would you be doing?
Technical Lead for Land Development Projects involving local municipalities as well as commercial development
Assist in development of projects scopes of services and price proposals as required.
Lead/Prepare hydrologic & hydraulic modeling and relevant design calculations
Manage Permitting through various federal, state, and local agencies
Perform occasional field data collection and site visits
What do you need to bring to the table?

B.S. in Civil Engineering
8 Years' minimum Land Development and site design experience
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Management and/or Project Management experience is strongly preferred; a proven track record in effective staff management / leadership is a plus
Advanced knowledge of land-use planning
P.E. Certification strongly preferred
