    We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Instructor to support a client program in Counter Intelligence Security.

    Our SME Instructors are highly motivated individuals whose primary responsibilities are to design, develop, maintain, and deliver instructional content for web-based and/or instructor-led courses and related training products; and nurture, build and sustain strategic client partnerships.

    Carneys ideal candidate is passionate about instructional design, Counter Intelligence security, and developing our solutions.
    This position is a hybrid position in Linthicum, MD.

    One day a week on-site.$3,000.00 Sign on BonusResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise in the development, delivery, and maintenance of the Counter Intelligence Curriculum.

    This includes working with client program leads, management, and technical staff in the design, conversion, development, and delivery of training and certification projects, curricula, and products.

    Assist the client Training Division in the duties associated with course maintenance and instructional support, for the Counter Intelligence Security subject areaBe assigned as an instructor and perform course manager dutiesComplete client Instructor Basic and Intermediate Certification as defined in the client Instructor Certification ManualServe as course manager for course/products and instruct, prepare classroom, perform administrative support, manage classes and student accounts, and perform course maintenancePerform routine day-to-day course maintenance services for an estimate of no less than 105 products to include Instructor-led, eLearning course and products associated with Counter Intelligence Security coursesInstruct Counter Intelligence Security courses (an estimate of 30 courses), including basic and advanced instructor-led courses in accordance with the course schedule.

    Serve as aSME in response to student and customer inquiries with respect to Counter Intelligence SecurityProvide SME support for Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and for Beta testing of new productsProvide assistance to the Curriculum Manager in all phases of the ADDIE process, including file management, and extensive course review from cradle to graveReview training material/deliverables and provide recommendations on the accuracy of and relevancy of content of instructor-led eLearning, webinars and performance support tools (i.e.

    storyboards, instructor guides, participant guides, design plans, and other related material)Review Government material and policies to sustain accurate and relevant Counter Intelligence Security course materialsMinimum Requirements A Bachelors degree from an accredited university and at least two (2) years of experience associated with Security Program in security program implementation and operation in the security discipline(s) for which they shall be a SME/InstructorORo In lieu of a Bachelors degree, five (5) years of experience in security program implementation and operation in the security discipline(s) for which they shall be a SME/InstructorWork experience associated with Counter Intelligence ProgramsExperience as a subject matter expert on Counter IntelligenceExperience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPointCurrent Top Secret/SCI security clearanceU.S.
