Job summary
This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading and sorting of packages for distribution.A warehouse package handler lead oversees the daily operations of the warehouse team ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The candidate will be responsible for leading teams to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction through error-free shipments on time delivery performance metrics that exceed expectations every day. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience preferably with experience working within fast-paced environments handling multiple priorities simultaneously managing resources efficiently maintaining high productivity standards under pressure while maintaining excellent communication skills.
