A strategic and innovative professional is sought to shape and implement Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• VDC Standards & Workflow Optimization – Establish best practices for Autodesk and compatible BIM tools, ensuring streamlined project execution.
• Industry Collaboration – Build partnerships with software vendors to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
• Technology & Automation – Support API deployment and automation initiatives, enhancing VDC tools and processes.
• Mentorship & Training – Guide and support VDC Specialists in technical skills and software workflows.
• Strategic Development – Contribute to the VDC roadmap, aligning initiatives with industry trends and company goals.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Autodesk and BIM workflows, optimizing project efficiency.
• Experience collaborating on API development and automation projects.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction, with an understanding of model development and project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
