- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to determine event objectives and requirements
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with client preferences and goals
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets, and manage all planning logistics
- Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers to secure services and materials within budget
- Coordinate event setup, including arranging seating, audiovisual equipment, and decorations
- Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts to ensure maximum attendance and exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations is preferred.
