We have 3 locations across Texas: Houston, The Woodlands, and San Antonio.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Sr. Project Manager on our Municipal & Special Districts engineering team in The Woodlands office, you will:

    • Prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination
    • Devises alternative approaches and solutions to problems
    • Engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases for:
      • treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, odor control systems, water wells, and other utility water systems
      • municipal and facility master planning, evaluation, rehabilitation, and expansion
    • Manage day to day communication with general consultations clients
    • Ability to plan, guide, and execute on general consultation tasks
    • Building and maintaining relationships between project teams and collaborating to ensure that technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implemented
    • coordinating with outside sub-consultants
    • Preparing a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholders
    • Works closely with project team
    • Mentoring to junior staff
    • The candidate must have experience in handling multiple simultaneous projects, and a desire to work in a multi-disciplinary team
    • Maintain regular and prompt attendance at WGA The Woodlands office
    • Able to be prime contact and manage relationships with clients
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline
    • Texas Professional Engineer registration
    • 8+ years of direct experience
