    Leadenhall Search and Selection are working with a global consulting firm, specialising in talent strategies. With a focus on high-performance, our client works on coaching, advising companies on optimal organisation design, leadership transition planning, executive assessment and talent acquisition.

    They are looking for highly experienced individuals to join as a Director.

    The Role

    • With a direct focus on Private Equity, you would be overseeing large scale projects on executive assessments, comprehensive executive development plans, leading bespoke talent evaluation and development programs.
    • You will be working closely with clients, forging authentic relationships.
    • Engaging in prospective business development ventures.

    The person (You must have:)

    • Substantial (8+ years) leadership consulting, professional services, executive search and/or operating consulting experience.
    • Experience working in the Private Equity (PE) space with comfort navigating the PE lifecycle and stakeholder group.
    • Strong client management and project management skills.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Executive Assessment and Coaching, Talent Assessment and CEO Succession Planning.
    • Proven ability to drive client acquisition and retention over time.
