    ASC-28473-RN Step Down - Milwaukee, WI - 13 Weeks Contract

    Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a Step Down RN to work onsite at our client's facility in Milwaukee, WI.

    Shift : 19:00 - 07:30

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

    • Implement and monitor patient care plans.

    • Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

    • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

    • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

    • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.


    Requirements:
    • Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.

    • Current Registered Nurse License.

    • Telemetry Trained.

    • At least 2 yr experience and telemetry needed

    • Organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.

    • Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
