- The role of Oracle Application Developer involves the development and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications, collaborating with end-users to provide assistance and support.

- Your responsibilities will span the entire Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from conceptualization to implementation, as well as ongoing support.

- Undertake various developer project tasks such as requirement analysis, solution proposals, design, development, testing, and system testing.
- Design and implement custom functionalities in Oracle applications based on user needs.
- Create custom interfaces, conversions, and reports.
- Personalize Oracle Workflow processes to align with business requirements.
- Develop and deploy OAF application pages.
- Design and generate reports and templates using BI Publisher and XML Publisher.
- Enhance the system by creating Bursting processes for sending documents via email.
- Handle multiple high-priority support issues and project tasks simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts in accordance with requirements.
- Collaborate with financial and accounting departments to ensure the feasibility and completeness of requirements.
- Partake in knowledge sharing to enhance the effectiveness of other developers.
- Review and submit design, source code, and test cases within the team and provide feedback on team members' work.
- Address production issues, detailing their impact and necessary solutions.
- Collaborate with finance teams and external vendors to ensure accurate design and implementation of components requiring external interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Application development and customization within Oracle EBS Applications Release R12.
- Thorough understanding of Oracle EBS 11i and R12 Application architecture, data structures, and functionality across various modules.
- Proficiency in AOL, including concurrent program setups, registrations, Oracle module APIs, and form personalization.
- Experience in Oracle SOA for creating and testing REST/SOAP Web services.
- Ability to solve complex technical issues and communicate solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, maintaining attention to detail and staying organized.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, Putty, WinSCP, Toad, SQL Developer, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, SQL Plus, Unix, Unix Shell Scripting, JDeveloper (OAF), Java, and MS-Office Suite.
