    Pain and Addiction Behavioral Health Specialist:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pain and Addiction Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide behavioral health services to individuals struggling with chronic pain and addiction. You will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans that address their unique needs and support them in achieving their recovery goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and substance use disorders.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
    • Provide individual and group therapy to patients.
    • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    • Educate patients and their families about addiction, pain management, and mental health.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
    • Licensure or certification as a psychologist, social worker, counselor, or therapist.
    • Specialized training or experience in pain management and addiction treatment.
    • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
    • Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
