We are currently searching for an Interiors Project Manager to join our team.

The incumbent will work with a group of talented construction professionals that support our project teams, executive team, business developers, ownership leaders, subcontractor partners and administrative teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This position will support current and upcoming interior up-fit projects in the Charleston, area.

Principle Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed budgets for interior renovation scopes, including finishes, MEP upgrades, and specialty installations.

Execute buyout strategies for interior trades such as drywall, flooring, millwork, and specialty contractors, ensuring competitive pricing and scope clarity.

Source and contract subcontractors with proven experience in interior upfits, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

Review and manage submittals for interior components including cabinetry, lighting, finishes, and specialty systems to ensure compliance with design intent.

Build and maintain detailed schedules focused on sequencing of interior trades, turnover milestones, and coordination with building operations.

Enforce safety protocols tailored to occupied buildings and interior work environments, while maintaining high standards for finish quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications:
College degree in construction management, engineering, or similar or equivalent work experience
7+ years' experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in project management
Top candidates will possess strong knowledge of the local Charleston, SC area
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience with Procore is a plus
