- Serve as liaison between Soldiers and the installation finance and military personnel directorate for personnel management functions.
- Act as a point of contact on questions concerning regulations, policies, practices, and theories as they pertain to Military Human Resources management programs.
- Maintain and control suspension of favorable personnel actions for all enlisted and officer military personnel under disciplinary actions.
- Maintain the Unit Off-Duty Employment (ODE) program, the Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPASS) database and the Individual Mobilization Augmentation (IMA) Program.
- Survey and recommend improvements to existing programs and/or develops new means of collecting and displaying data.
- Verify that each soldiers pay and entitlements are correct on the Unit Commanders Finance Report (UCFR) and that any allotments started or stopped have been noted on the leave and earning statement
- This position requires you to be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance of access for the duration of employment which includes a background investigation and credit check.
