    Due to the expansion of our new state of the art facility Airport CDJR is looking for a qualified Service Director.


    Successful candidates will have outstanding interpersonal skills as well as the discipline and drive to put in the work necessary to be successful.

    The right candidate would demonstrate the ability to build a rapport with the customer base and employees, understand their needs and provide an excellent service experience.

    All applicants should be able to effectively communicate, work hard, and be interested in a career with long term potential.


    Qualifications:
    A minimum of three

    years experience in automotive service management

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

    Professional appearance and work ethic

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Great attitude and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills

    Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced environment


    Job Responsibilities:
    Communicate in a professional courteous manner with customers and employees

    Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories associated with each customer

    Maintain daily sales, production records, and reports as required by dealership management

    Monitor and control all warranty activity and stay in compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines

    Ensure the service department meets all CSI and financial goals.

    Hire, train, develop and motivate service department personnel and monitor their performance

    Establish and maintain common courtesy

    shown to customers by all service employees to promote customer satisfaction

    Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly, and with concern for the customer

    Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure all shop equipment is in proper working condition
