- Develop and implement concepts for a range of complex product issues and engineering solutions independently.
- Lead or execute engineering projects and drive research and development of new technologies as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot significantly complex engineering problems, ensuring effective resolution.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to address high-value engineering issues for various products.
- Generate product specifications, coordinate and perform engineering tests, and document results.
- Specify and review engineering documentation and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering and design, preferably with hands-on experience in high voltage products.
- Experienced in 3D CAD systems (NX) and Teamcenter is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical development and design of high voltage products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills and commitment to delivering high-quality products within deadlines.
- Experience in analysis, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and root-causing electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software.
