    LDRP RN (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) – Nights
     

    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LDRP RN for a fast-paced maternity unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse confident in labor, postpartum, triage, and newborn care who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

    Position Details:

    • Openings: 1
    • Contract Length: 13 Weeks
    • Start Date: 3/10/2026
    • Shift: 3x12 Nights
    • Floating: Required
    • Call: Required
    • Deliveries: 35–40 per month
    • Postpartum Ratio: 4:1
    • Scrubs provided

    Requirements:

    • Active CA RN License
    • 1–2 years of L&D experience
    • Recent Mother-Baby/Newborn experience
    • BLS certification
    • ACLS certification
    • NRP certification
    • STABLE certification
    • AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (current; every 2 years)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide care during labor and delivery
    • Manage complicated postpartum patients
    • Perform triage assessments
    • Support newborn stabilization and recovery
    • Collaborate with OB providers and interdisciplinary teams
    • Deliver patient and family education throughout the birthing process
