    Job Description

    Waltz Health is looking for an organized, persistent, and friendly Sales Operations Lead. Teamwork, collaboration and execution will be critical to success in this role. You will own the sales support and task completion for products that will improve millions of peoples' lives. You will collaborate across our leadership team on strategy, planning, development and implementation of Waltz Health's services.

    You will:

    Support the Prospect Process and Optimization

    • Development and maintenance of sales forecasts and pipeline.
    • Analysis of sales and customer data to guide sales force priorities.
    • Track prospect status, launch and manage CRM tool (when applicable).
    • Identify and address barriers in the sales process to improve the sales lifecycle.

    Enable the Completion of Sales Opportunities

    • Project manage and obtain approval of key sales artifacts with internal stakeholders.
    • Schedule sales calls, complete meeting follow-ups, assist in preparing sales materials.
    • Intake client claims and information, prepare client facing reports on potential savings.

    In the first 90 days, you will:

    • Learn about the Waltz Health business and products.
    • Familiarize yourself with the Sales process and key players.
    • Assume leadership of the weekly pipeline planning process and meeting.
    • Develop and lead the RFP process for prospective clients.

    We'd love for you to have these qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years PBM/Pharmacy or Health Plan experience
    • 1-3 years Sales/Sales support experience
