Job summary
The Sonnenalp is looking for a Line Cook to work in the kitchen cooking a variety of meats, vegetables and seafood according to specified menu and recipes.
Responsibilities
- Delight our guests by providing quality and timely prepared foods according to established recipes and menus ,
- Able to read understand produce in a timely manner ,
- Familiar with proper use cleaning of relevant kitchen equipment machinery. ,
- Maintain performance review score of 3.0 or higher,
