Manages the sales activities ensuring that strong customer relationships are established and maintained while also driving sales team to achieve business objectives in both construction and service sales activities Promotes team selling and expansion of existing relationships into additional new sales Supports sales teams in direct selling key/assigned accounts as required and is available as a point of contact for clients Targets key projects or key accounts develops/implements sells strategies to ensure successful sale Actively participates in estimating quoting projects as required Assists Sales Team determining margins identifying resources assessing future potential business Provides reporting metrics needed Partners Business Leader develop long-range sold planning growth monthly forecast Provides input budget Manages Sales Team performance provides coaching training paths develop skills each team member Communicates goals provides performance appraisals direct reports Provides input commission plans
