    Overview:

    The Revenue Analyst is responsible for the order processing and billing of Arctic Wolf's deals and for providing administrative support to the sales organization. They do this effectively by validating customer purchase orders against their negotiated contracts, creating invoice drafts for review and approval, and posting the sales transactions once approved. These responsibilities are carried out with utmost focus on customer satisfaction, while ensuring full adherence to Arctic Wolf's legal and financial policies.

    Additionally, the Revenue Analyst will be responsible for performing key Sarbanes-Oxley controls, journal entries and month-end reconciliations.

    Revenue Analysts are highly motivated individuals that efficiently employ sound judgment in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Their professionalism and dedication to operational excellence ensures all dealings with others are addressed promptly within tight timeframes.

    Location: this will be a hybrid role out of the Eden Prairie office (3 days on site, 2 days remote per week)

    Responsibilities:

    • Process orders and conduct invoicing, ensuring accuracy and lead time expectations are met while effectively managing increased volumes on Month and Quarter Ends.
    • Perform month-end journal entries and reconciliations as assigned.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve order management and billing issues.
    • Comply with the organization's legal and financial policies, and other internal controls.
    • Assist with other administrative duties as required.
    Required Skills and Experience:
    • College degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Business Administration field
    • Strong computer and systems literacy
    • Detail and results-oriented, with an ability to work both quickly and accurately
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
