    Requirements

    • Conduct client onboarding call and services.
    • Insurance requirements: contract reviews and vendor certificate reviews.
    • Process audits, claims, and recommendations for assigned clients.
    • Process mid-term policy changes that require coverage knowledge such as officer changes, property/location changes, exposure adjustments, etc.
    • Advise on agency bill/financed policy questions and midterm changes.
    • Process LPR requests and policy cancellations.
    • Process automatic policy renewals.
    • Set policy reminder activities.
    • Client relationship management.
    Qualifications:
    • Active CA Property and Casualty License
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Word and Excel
    • Knowledge of EPIC (or a Similar Agency Management System)
    • Strong Communication Skills
