Job Responsibilities:
Be part of an active Facilities and Services team, working across campus performing building maintenance work for the General Services area.
This is a fast-paced position, with varied duties including moving items, preparing for events, performing locksmith work, setting up furniture, handling materials, delivering freight, doing general building maintenance, maintaining and inspecting fire extinguishers, and performing asbestos abatement.

Comments:
This position is required to respond to emergencies after hours, on weekends, or holidays. This position is also required to work some planned events on weekends, evenings, or holidays.
The position is required to work in all types of extreme weather conditions (outside, inside, heat and cold) and well as all environments (such as in tunnels, agricultural facilities, residence halls.)
