    Job Description

    As the HR Administrator/HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, streamline HR processes, and support the HR team with data analysis, reporting, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and maintain the optimal function of the HRIS, including maintenance and upgrades of applications, systems, and modules.
    • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
    • Program custom functions and documentation, such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
    • Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR staff.
    • Serve as the lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
    • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
    • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration and HRIS management.
    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro).
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
    • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
    • Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States.
