Job Summary

This Senior Manager is an important part of the Learning and Development team and has accountability for development strategies and programs for non-clinical team members.

This role will report to the Director, L&D and partner closely with the Field leadership team to create and implement learning solutions and programming that support field team members at all stages of their development.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Field leadership team.
  • Create successful learning plans for each role.
