The job involves handling customer transactions, providing digital solutions and making introductions to bankers.

• Key tasks include processing teller transactions, completing operational activities, performing routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently, receiving direction from managers and escalating questions and issues.
• Customer engagement is crucial, involving identifying information and services to meet customers' financial needs and interacting with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.

Required qualifications include 1+ year of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired qualifications include a customer service focus, ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share mobile banking options, cash handling experience, and ability to follow policies and procedures.
