- HWY GRP is a dynamic leader in strategic sales, brand development, and supply chain solutions, specializing in prestige and luxury start-up and emerging beauty brands.
- As the Executive Assistant to the Founder / CEO of HWY GRP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting communication with our beauty brand clients.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Founder/CEO with various administrative duties, including vendor communication and management, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for beauty brand clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding sales, operations, marketing, and Amazon services.
- Client Reporting: Prepare detailed client reports, including data analysis and insights
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with beauty brand clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- General Assistance: As needed, provide general support and assistance in the areas of wholesale sales, Amazon, and operations / fulfillment
- Experience with sales, e-commerce / Amazon, or digital media is a plus
