    We are in search of a dynamic Marketing and Social Media Specialist to oversee comprehensive marketing plans across both B2B and B2C segments for multiple brands. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter capable of making strategic decisions and executing plans with a hands-on approach. A deep understanding of diverse marketing concepts, principles, and tactics is essential, coupled with a positive and energetic attitude.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media and Website Management:
    • Maintain and manage social media accounts and websites to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and up-to-date content.
    Performance Analysis:
    • Measure, analyze, and report the performance of email, website, and social media channels.
    • Provide recommendations for improvements based on the analysis.
    SEO Strategies:
    • Plan and implement effective SEO strategies across all marketing materials and platforms.
    Content Creation and Editing:
    • Develop and edit marketing content for various channels, including websites, training presentations, social media, brochures, and blog articles.
    Metrics and Data Interpretation:
    • Analyze and report performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting metrics and data.
    Collaboration with Product Management:
    • Partner with product management to understand products and execute marketing deliverables for product launches and updates.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or English.
    • 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing communications role.
    • Proficiency in content creation and adaptation for different platforms and audiences.
    • Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and keyword search.
    • Competence in social media planning, scheduling, posting, analysis, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with Shopify, both front and back-end design.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Google Sheets.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Familiarity with Conductor, BrightEdge, or other SEO management platforms.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Console.
    • Experience with news wire services.
    • Familiarity with Shopify or other web content management systems.
    • Proficiency in Omnisend or other email marketing platforms.
