The primary function of the Assistant Director of Nursing is to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work or licensed as an LPN if the state you operate in allows.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility or other related healthcare facility.
