    Christus Health, a leading medical facility in the region, is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless surgical procedures and excellent patient care.

    About the Role:

    The Certified Surgical Technologist assists in preparing pre-operative patients, maintains aseptic techniques, and supports patient comfort throughout surgical procedures. Responsibilities include setting up the Operating Room, handling instruments, and monitoring patient care during operations.

    • Maintains sterile field and passes instruments to surgeons
    • Ensures compliance with hospital standards and protocols
    • Works effectively as part of the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care

    This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within a dynamic healthcare environment.

    Earning Potential: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (estimated)

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Surgical Technology or related field preferred
    • Certification as a Surgical Technologist from The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required
    • 2+ years of experience in surgical technology or a related field preferred
