    NEED TO BE IN 30 MILE RADIUS FROM FLINT

    Looking for bilingual candidates.

    Call center position, high call volume for our client.


    Looking for a candidate with:
    RJP (Real Job Preview)

    Zoom call with the team will be May 15th from 1:00-2:30 Equipment pick up will be May 24th and start date will be May 30th, 2024

    Position will be remote indefinitely at this time. Must have a quiet place to work without distractions, internet speed of 20 mbps.


    Hours:
    Monday - Friday. Must be available from 8am-7pm. The managers will assign the persons shift. Starting hourly rate is now $16.97.

    Answer inbound calls providing education, enrollment, and helpline services for the State of Michigan. Process enrollment forms received. Document all calls received in State or Project systems. Report system issues, concerns, or discrepancies.
