    THIS POSITION IS FOR THE MACON, GEORGIA AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

    The Sign Store is a "custom sign" shop. We have been creating signs of all kinds since 1998. The Sign Store is a family oriented, team driven success story that began in a garage and is now a successful midsize business. We create and manufacture a variety of signs including yard signs, channel letters, billboards, monument signs, and much more. Our culture is of friendly, loyal, professional employees that have been with the company for years.

    We are currently interviewing Sales Account Managers for assigned territories to expand our sales area. This is a position for candidates looking for a career of growth and opportunities.

    As a Sales Account Manager you will report to the CEO of the company. This is a full-time, outside sales position in the field. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, competitive, motivated, and have an attitude to succeed.

    Our expectations:

    Provide top-notch sales techniques and customer service daily to new and existing clients.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Analyze territory market trends and needs.
    • Actively grow and manage a pipeline of clients by using your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
    • Responds to phone calls, emails, text messages from clients both new and existing to resolve customer needs and issues.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service that will compel a customer to be engaged by being prepared Know your product, market trends, the competition. Have a plan before the call and provide real effective solutions to meet your customer needs.
    • Build relationships with customers by meeting them face to face, investing time listening to their needs and ideas with respect and understanding.
    • Present and persuade with confidence.
    • Provide appropriate support, time and attention needed for each job from start to finish. Collaborate with staff, management, and clients to ensure the quality and timely completion of each job.
    • Own your actions Whatever issues you encounter, within or outside of your job responsibilities, act, and resolve You will have all the necessary tools needed for you to exceed and excel

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a sales and marketing executive with a track record of success in outside sales.
    • Strong and effective communication skills to build a lasting rapport with clients.
    • Open-minded individual with initiative to get involved to get things moving.
    • Confident, creative, with the ability to negotiate and up-sale current clients.
    • Must maintain a professional image and behavior while interacting with clients.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule managing assigned territory.
    • Work independently, manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Detail oriented, problem-solving with excellent follow through

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Minimum of two years previous territorial outside sales experience
