GENERAL SUMMARY
The Corporate Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, performance management, and corporate governance.
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Silverspot Cinema is a leader in providing a cinematic experience fused with outstanding service and hospitality. We operate high-end and dine-in movie theaters with full food and beverage offerings.
Our locations currently include FL, NC, GA, OH, & WIS with a focus on growing our brand in desirable markets.

AND ACTIVITIES
Objective:
Function as an advisor and consultant to leadership in areas of people initiatives, organizational development, labor trends, and mitigation of employment risks.
Activity:
Develop and implement HR goals aligned with the company's annual plan
Activity:
Oversee and manage HR programs, systems, and initiatives
Activity:
Provide weekly updates to C-Suite on talent and retention issues
Activity:
Risk mitigation on employment and labor laws and rules
Objective:
Direct and oversee talent acquisition and management strategies to develop internal talent.

Assist in workforce planning for high and low business cycles.

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring process
Activity:
Implement strategic efforts that address talent development
Activity:
Work with internal marketing on strengthening employment brand

Navigate change management initiatives

Assists with organizational changes, processes, and systems

Work with leaders on communication of change initiatives

Assists in navigating the change management process to support overall company-wide efforts

Oversee Benefits Planning, budget, and initiatives
Activity:
Recommend benefit plan changes based on trends and needs
Activity:
Handle annual benefit enrollment and benefit contract negotiations

Ensure compliance with benefit plans, administration, and processes

Implement benefits that create a strong employee value proposition

Develop and oversee HR budget

Review expenses and budget accordingly

Recommend budget changes and manage the quarterly process

Work with brokers and insurance companies on worker safety programs

Handle workers' compensation claims and annual OSHA 300

Manage company-wide compliance issues
KNOWLEDGE:
7-10 years of HR generalist experience, multi-state, at least 3-5 years in a leadership role of managing a team, and able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of HR systems and processes
Subject matter expert on labor and employee relations to help managers navigate complex, sensitive and difficult employee issues.
Understand compensation administration and ability to provide insight to higher-ups on the labor market and internal compensation strategy
AUTHORITY AND AUTONOMY:
Works independently and with a high level of autonomy with little direction
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SPHR or SPHR /SHRM-SCP certified
At least 3-5 years of HR leadership role
Bachelors in Human Resources or related field
Masters degree preferred
Excellent communication skills
Agile leader
Ability to multi-task and high producer
Ability to work under pressure
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Manual dexterity is required to work on PC/Laptop
10- 15% Occasional traveling to theaters
Ability to work evenings or weekends when needed
Hybrid /remote
WORKING SCHEDULE:
Ability to work odd hours or weekends
