    Our client is aniconic brandwithin the consumer goods industry, and they are looking for acreativeSenior Marketing Manager to add to their team near Abington, Pennsylvania. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing breakthrough marketing activations involving social media, influencer initiatives, community programming, and collaborating with a third-party PR agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating successful marketing concepts and campaigns across multiple channels, includingscaling social mediaand customer engagement.     Senior Marketing Manager (Social Media/Consumer Goods Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

    • Lead the creative development of original concepts for breakthrough marketing activations
    • Provide direct oversight of social media, PR (agency), and influencer/community programming
    • Manage 1 direct report & also external partner relationships (PR, copywriters, freelancers...)
    • Develop team members in strategically translating creative ideas into successful campaigns
    • Create a content calendar for short and long-term Marketing initiatives
    • Develop and implement strategies to scale social media presence and engagement
    • Identify content collaborators and build relationships in communities related to gardening
    • Create campaigns that build brand equity and drive long-term business growth
    • Analyze channel metrics and report on insights
    • Leverage community initiatives for storytelling and customer engagement opportunities
    • Tailor messaging to relate and resonate with the target audience
    • Successfully apply consumer insights and your strong understanding of the media landscape

    Senior Marketing Manager (Social Media/Consumer Goods Exp. Req.) Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience is required
    • Experience managing integrated campaigns forconsumer goods or lifestyle brandsis required
    • Hands-on experiencedeveloping creative original concepts and campaigns is required
    • Experience managing and scalingsocial mediaand customer engagement is required
