Position Summary

Roivant is seeking an Associate to support the incubation of new healthcare technology Vants. This role offers exposure to the full company creation process, from early-stage ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Support early-stage ideation by identifying and evaluating potential opportunities based on key success factors, such as time to market, Roivant's strategic advantages, validation pathway, and market potential
• Develop and execute structured workplans to assess incubation opportunities, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses of markets, competitors, product landscapes, and technology
• Assist in the initial stages of company building, contributing to product development, business development, operations, and fundraising
• Support leadership recruitment efforts by defining role profiles and sourcing candidates for new Vants
• Collaborate with incubated ventures, working directly with leadership teams during key business inflection points, such as fundraising or strategic pivots

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements

• Candidates should have at least two years of relevant full time work experience
• Exceptional academic background
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute at a high velocity
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and stakeholders
• Experience in venture building or product development, whether at a startup, within a larger organization, or in an incubation setting, ideally in healthcare or life sciences technology

Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $135,000 to $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.

Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, equity, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.
