The AVP/Team Leader is a strategic leader responsible for managing and contributing to the growth of a portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines Property & Casualty clients.
You will lead a team of client service members who drive business outcomes through proactive market engagement data-driven decision-making innovative prospecting client solutions.
You will leverage your deep industry technical knowledge utilize technology operational excellence serve as trusted advisor internal external clients positioning NFP market leader.
